Old Homestead Repairs
Old homestead hasn't had anyone live in it for around 6 years. So it needs a lot of TLC, carpentry work (missing ceilings, doors hinges & handles adjustments), plumbing into the house, painting, electrical work (outlets, lighting). Replace old house yard fence and redo the garden.

Some food (meat) provided - more is negotiable.
