Hi there,
We run a small farm near Woolundunga in South Australia, and like many others in my shoes, we juggle a lot to keep things going. Alongside the usual farm work, we’ve added a bit of agri-tourism to help make ends meet.
On our small property we run beef cattle and have some camping and accommodation which is very popular here in the Flinders Ranges.
We manage both sides of the business using programs like Xero for accounting and Checkfront for our booking system. We can handle the basics, but we know there’s a lot more these systems can do, and we’d love to learn how to make better use of them.
If you’re someone who knows your way around these kinds of programs and happen to be passing through the area, we’d be incredibly grateful for a bit of help and guidance. If you’re travelling as a couple, there’s always something that needs doing on the farm too, so there’s an opportunity for both of you to get involved if you’re keen.
We are offering free powered caravan site, or you’re welcome to stay in our onsite caravan if that suits better. Even a few hours of your time could make a big difference, and we’d be really thankful for the support.
While you're here, there's plenty to explore in the area. We are situated in the heart of the Flinders Ranges, with Northern Flinders to the North and Southern Flinders to the South. With fantastic day drives in either direction, we are a great base to explore the area. For a deeper dive into the region's history, the Wadlata Outback Centre in Port Augusta provides interactive exhibits about the area's past.
