Hi, My name is Carolyne and we have a farm near Texas QLD - we are drought declared again and have been feeding for most of the year.
Last year I booked to go away for 1 week to visit my family in Victoria. My husband’s shift has changed and the lady that normally helps me has moved north.
Power, internet and water available if have caravan.
Basic feeding and checking water each day. Manual licence would help as farm car is manual.
Feeding:
1 large, very friendly dog.
Chooks
3 x bottle fed baby goats
Grain or hay to a few mobs of sheep and goats.
Checking water each day
Need the ability to lift a bag of grain. Someone who has previously farmed or good with animals and small livestock ideal.
