A farmer located approximately 45 minutes from Orange, NSW is seeking Farm Army volunteers after a localised tornado caused significant damage to their property. The tornado resulted in a shed being completely blown down, fences damaged or destroyed, trees brought down across the farm, and widespread debris requiring clean-up.
The farmer would greatly appreciate any assistance, whether it’s for a few hours or several days. All help makes a difference as they work through the recovery process.
Type of help needed:
- Clearing debris
-Assisting with general clean-up
-Helping remove fallen trees and damaged materials (as able)
Accommodation:
-Plenty of space for caravans or campers
-Power and water provided
-Accommodation available if needed
