A remote cattle station located between Wanaaring and Tibooburra, NSW, NSW is seeking a stationhand to assist with general day-to-day station work. This role would suit someone who is practical, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote outback environment.
Duties will include a range of general stationhand tasks, which may involve mustering, fencing, livestock handling, yard work, property maintenance, and other duties as required. Previous cattle or station experience is preferred, but a good attitude and willingness to help are essential.
This property is remote, and volunteers or workers should be comfortable with long distances, limited services, and outback conditions. Travel to remote properties can involve unsealed roads, long driving times, and planning ahead for fuel, supplies, and communication. Applicants should be confident in their ability to travel independently and work safely in isolated areas.
