I have a Holistic/Regenerative beef cattle farm located in beautiful Byron Shire, in a peaceful farming community, with Wilson's River on the property, close to Bangalow (7 minutes), Byron Bay beaches (25 minutes) and all the Northern Rivers has to offer.
The property has unfortunately been negatively impacted in recent years, due to severe drought and floods, which has damaged infrastructure, pastures, fencing, etc. and I am needing assistance with trying to maintain and improve the farm.
I try to farm without chemicals, using regenerative farming methods and I'm looking for volunteer help, on my small beef cattle farm, with assistance with general farm work, in return for you staying on the property, in your caravan. I can provide a caravan site, with access to power, water and a private bathroom/laundry facility and happy to share fresh free range eggs and fruit and vegetables (when in season and available).
I am flexible around work days/hours, for general farm assistance, which may include; regen weed eradication, fencing, tractor work, mowing, general maintenance, starting water pump (for cattle troughs), helping with vegetable garden and free range chickens, etc.
