Hi Farm Army,
I’m looking for a helping hand on my small orchard near Tomingley, NSW. I need support laying out above-ground polypiping to irrigate around 300 fruit trees. It’s not overly technical work- just something that’s much easier with an extra set of hands. Any help, even for a few hours a day, would be greatly appreciated.
There’s plenty of space here for your caravan, and you’ll have access to a shower and toilet during your stay.
Tomingley is a peaceful rural village between Dubbo and Parkes, surrounded by open farmland. If you’re keen to explore during your downtime, the area offers some great attractions-from the Taronga Western Plains Zoo and wineries around Dubbo, to the iconic CSIRO Radio Telescope at Parkes. There are also local walking tracks and plenty of quiet spots to unwind and enjoy the landscape.
