We are looking for an experienced machine operator to help us with grading station roads and earthworks on and surrounding dams whilst they are empty. We also have fencing and a lot of mechanical jobs that need work. You may work alone or with one other person depending on the job. We can offer accommodation and meals and/or provide access to caravan parking and amenities access if you have your own van. We have an air-strip suited up to twin engine aircraft. We have no school but can provide access to our School of the Air schoolroom.
If couples are looking for a position we can always use assistance with station cooking, cleaning, shop keeping and yard work. Wage negotiable on experience. (Consideration for provision of accommodation and keep whilst here) We are based 10km into the NT from the QLD Border on the Plenty Highway. 3 hours from Mount Isa and 4 hours from Boulia in Queensland, where we are in the NT we operate of QLD time and phone numbers.
