Our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home is about 45 years old and we suspect the bathroom (original) is leaking water behind the tiles in the shower.
We would love a qualified builder/bathroom renovator to help us. We would really like to increase the size of the shower (by reducing the size of the linnen cupboard?), plumb in a new toilet, vanity, tub and shower recess, and then tile and paint. All materials will be supplied. We already have a nice second hand vanity we would like to use. The floor tiles are stuck on with something extremely hard. They need removing and re-tiling as well. Suspect a jack hammer will be required and we can hire that if necessary.
Can anyone volunteer their time and expertise? We can offer space for your caravan or camper with power and water. We have a bathroom in our shed you are welcome to use (which we may have to share with you while renovations are taking place! We can supply meat and vegies or meals.
We are at 1100m elevation with great views, ready access to Tamworth, Uralla and Armidale NSW and surrounding natural beauty. We are feeding our sheep daily and have other animals to take care of so it could almost be a farm stay break for you in a (normally) lovely part of the world.
If your partner likes gardening or is an experienced horse rider, there is also plenty to keep him/her occupied! Start ASAP.
