We have an old shearing shed that is no longer functional. We want to preserve the outside structure as it is of historical value. The internal sheep holding and shearing board needs to be removed – some of the timber can be salvaged – so new sheep pens can be installed (not part of this job). There will be demolition work as well as some maintenance to be done on the roof and gutters. The under floor area will need to be cleaned out with bobcat.
