Caretaker Position.

We require a couple to stay in our house in the Quilpie Qld district while we search for a new manager. The job entails maintaining the house and gardens. This includes watering,mowing and weeding. General maintenance of farm buildings. The property is 80klms south east from Quilpie on the Old Charleville Road.

The main house was built in the 1870s and over recent years has been renovated so no structural problems,the house is quite historic as it is made of pisa brick with walls at least 12 inches thick. The house has been recently painted throughout as well with modern bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a cold room as well. Wage negotiable but food ,power and accommodation provided.
