We are looking for a reliable and honest couple to care take for 6 days and then help us move from the cottage on the farm into the main house.  Our property is situated 35klms out of Julia Creek on the Wills Development Road which is fully sealed to our turn off then we have 3klm of good well graded dirt road into the house.  The care taking will consist of feeding the various animals on the farm and some small gardening projects whilst we are away.  Then on our return help us to clean up and move house about 50 metres.  Accomodation can be provided but we also accomodate for people with caravans.  Food, power and bathroom facilities if needed will be supplied and a small wage also if required.  Sorry but this is a short notice job position as our dates have had to change.  The dates for the care taking are from the 28th of February to the 5th of March but we would require you by the 27th to show you around and the various chores.  The moving house project would be approximately a week to the 12th of March.  Julia Creek is the home of the Dirt and Dust Triathlon held every year in early April which consists of a triathlon, horse racing, PBR bull ride, concert and Australia’s best butt competition just to name a few.  We are very happy to host our successful applicants if you wish to return for this fantastic weekend.
